San Jose Medical Group update:
According to the San Francisco Chronicle
, the computers with patient data that were stolen from this Bay Area physicians' office seems to have been stolen by the office manager. Joeseph N. Harris, a former branch manager for the physician group, has been arrested. It appears that he sold the computers on CraigsList, which is a bulletin board type service. He had been fired from an earlier job because he was conducting personal business, such as selling computers on CraigsList, on company time.
