San Jose Medical Group update: According to the San Francisco
Chronicle, the computers with patient data that were stolen from this Bay Area physicians' office seems to have been stolen by the office manager. Joeseph N. Harris, a former branch manager for the physician group, has been arrested. It appears that he sold the computers on CraigsList, which is a bulletin board type service. He had been fired from an earlier job because he was conducting personal business, such as selling computers on CraigsList, on company time.
