13 State AGs Query CMS on Privacy Concerns Related to Navigator Program: A group of Republican (most if not all) state attorneys general have written a letter to HHS Secretary Sebelius pointing out the potential privacy problems posed by the Affordable Care Act's "Navigator" program.  These are supposed to help people navigate their way through the ACA insurance mandates and the insurance exchanges, which naturally means the navigators will have access to the health information of the individuals they are helping.  A "disaster waiting to happen," according to Texas AG Greg Abbott.  Of course he's right, but you could say that about a lot of the ACA.
