South Jersey Healthcare Breach: A hospital system hires a third-party business associate to run its automated medication dispensing system.  That company, Omnicell, uses laptop computers to transport patient data with their employees.  The computers are password-protected, but not encrypted.  Want to guess what happens next?

UPDATE: Here's the University of Michigan part of the breach.  Sentarra Healthcare of Virginia was also involved.
