Kentucky Medicaid Breach: Apparently, an employee of a subcontractor providing IT services to the Kentucky Medicaid program fell for a telephone phishing ploy and gave access to his laptop (which included patient data, including some social security numbers) to a hacker.  It looks like it might be one of those fake virus programs where it looks like you're computer is infected and the hacker tries to convince you to buy their virus protection program.  It's doubtful the information was accessed, since that's not what the hacker was looking for, but the state is helping with credit protection.
