TRICARE update: As mentioned below, a bunch of TRICARE backup data tapes were stolen. Almost certainly they haven't been accessed, and there's no known harm done to anyone. But TRICARE and the contractor (SAIC) are offering a free year of credit monitoring to anyone who might be affected and is worried.
