Thanks to Lee Aase, Mayo stays way out in front
in the use of social media by healthcare players. If you're considering integrating social media strategies into your marketing plan (and you should be, at least considering it), you need to keep a close eye on the legal hurdles, but should also look to the market leaders to figure out what works, what doesn't, and what raises real risk. Mayo's a good example to follow.
