Family Medical History: In January, the Surgeon General is going to unveil a program that will allow people to record their family medical histories and load them onto a government website, so they could be accessed and used for future healthcare needs of the person recording the information and their family. Have a family history of breast cancer? It can impact decisions your healthcare providers make, so why not have a good record of that information? (OK, that question does answer itself, if you have real concerns/paranoia about privacy and what someone could do with information about your family's problems).

More info on the program here.
