Nevada encryption law:
if you send personal information (name plus social security number, drivers license number, account number or credit card number) via electronic transmission, it must be encrypted, according to a Nevada law
that will become effective next year. That would seem to indicate that all HIPAA transactions would now have to be encrypted if they have any nexus to Nevada.
