Privacy of physician information? This will be an interesting case to watch. Some companies that analyze data from physician prescribing patterns have sued a couple of states that have tried to block access to that information by calling it "confidential." It's the type of data-mining that privacy advocates hate, but it's understandable why it's commercially valuable.
