World's most aggressive wellness program: OK, it's probably not. I suspect the US Army has a more aggressive one. But still, I wonder how they get around HIPAA's non-discrimination prohibition with
this plan. Clarion Health in Indianapolis makes employees pay $5 - $10 more per month for their health insurance if they smoke, are overweight, or have high cholesterol. Personally, I think it's a great idea, but don't know if it's totally kosher.
