A New Twist on a Health Information Data "Bank": Here's an interesting idea: give all your electronic medical records to your bank. In theory, you trust your bank with your money, so you should trust them with your medical information. And if the bank has your medical information, it might be able to streamline the medical payment process and save money (how, exactly, I don't know). On the other hand, do you really trust the bank with your money, or is it just that you really don't have any other choice unless you want to keep your cash in your mattress? Sorry, I don't see this working out. I actually have to agree with Deborah Peel for once.
