Georgetown mess: I can't help but note this with some irony, since the good folks at the Georgetown Health Privacy Project were so instrumental in HIPAA's misguided start, but an e-prescribing project at Georgetown University Hospital has been halted when a computer consultant stumbled across an accessible cache of PHI related to the program. Seems like someone left an electronic door open.
