How I spent Memorial Day:
Kayak fishing with Captain Obvious and Meat Man on the back tank at the Heatherly ranch outside Lampasas. The Captain and Meat Man had better numbers than yours truly (a/k/a Shrimp Boy), but this was the biggest fish (and in a fairly small pond, to boot).
(Update): right, about the nicknames: let's just say that drinking was involved.
