The results are in, and they are not good:
Phoenix Health Systems has completed it's latest HIPAA preparedness survey
and found that a whole lot of folks are behind in becoming HIPAA compliant. Those doing the best job are, as you might expect, big hospitals. Smaller providers are doing much worse. And people seem to be much closer to Privacy Standard compliance than Transaction Standard compliance.
