If you are a healthcare provider, you will likely be buying IT products and services in the very near future (hardware, software, services, etc.). It will also probably come as no surprise to you that the contractors your vendors and sellers will propose to you will actually offer you little or no protection. You might want to consider lawyering up, particularly with someone who is used to dealing with software contracts. Also, these questions
