Not really a train wreck, but a few problems are popping up here and there. According to this article in AMA's American Medical News, doctors in Connecticutt and California have reported some problems with TCS-compliant transactions. The doctors use WebMD, and had problems converting their claims to ACS X12 standards, resulting in about a month of a/r getting held up. Not a big problem, but certainly a cash-flow glitch.
