Nurse Assistant Gets 3 Years in Jail for HIPAA Breach.  Big punishment for stealing and selling data; the perp didn't make much money on the deal, but the government brought the hammer down hard because of HIPAA.

Update: the theft was for use in filing fake tax returns.
