Uh Oh: From Modern Healthcare:

"Tenet Healthcare Corp., Dallas, said that it notified 37,000 patients by letter
that their personal information may have been compromised by a former employee
who has pleaded guilty on charges related to identity theft."

Apparently, cops found ID documents for 90 people in the possession of an employee at Tenet's billing office. Tenet phoned those folks and set up special credit monitoring for them. They also determined a total of about 37,000 people who could have been accessed by the employee, and set up free credit monitoring for them too.
