California Dreamin': The Governator has vetoed a proposed California law forcing retailers like TJ Maxx who suffer a data breach to reimburse the credit card banks their costs of re-issuing cards and the like. Seems he thinks the industry is doing a good job policing itself in this regard. Others disagree.
