Not so good: The government is pretty quick to throw a big load of computer security requirements onto businesses that hold personal information, but it isn't always able to provide the same level of protection to the information it holds. At least that's what the state auditor has told Minnesota legislature.

To be fair, I don't know if Minnesota has passed a state information security law, and they're not responsible for HIPAA's Security Rule. But still, you'd expect better.
