Encryption: When you're considering encryption and want to encrypt the files you are transmitting, this might be a low-cost solution. In fact, the availability of easy, quick, cheap encryption tools like this might lead a thoughtful Security Officer to come to the conclusion that encryption is almost required. If you send PHI over the internet more often than "rarely" (when encryption might just not be necessary at all, but deidentifying if possible and authenticating the recipient should be your biggest worry) but less often than "always" (when you should probably have already decided to encrypt anyway), this type of solution might be a good one.

[UPDATE]: A word of warning that apparently extends to anything Win-related: you should do a little checking around and patch up your systems where needed. Check this out re WinZip vulnerabilities.
