Phoenix Winter Survey out: The Winter survey is out, and the results aren't too surprising. Few providers are going to have their Security stuff in place in time (Payors do better, but not by too much). Most have named their Security Officer, but the hard stuff is yet to be done, and fewer expect to be ready in time than thought they would be back in the fall. The more interesting stuff, to me, is in the Privacy results. There is still a hard-core minority that isn't Privacy compliant; I don't guess they ever will be. But what surprises me even more is that one-quarter of responding providers say they have had a formal Privacy complaint leveled against them.

Very interesting.
