There's no accounting for taste, but there damn well better be accounting for disclosures: As you know, you must account for disclosures other than those for treatment, payment or operations; to the patient; or pursuant to an authorization. How do you plan to account for those? It can be a real mess, and the
AHA wants HHS to fix the requirement or at least give some guidance. Doubt they will, though
